Keystone XL & the Trans Pacific Partnership 4/4

After the historic veto by President Obama to reject the Keystone XL pipeline, TransCanada started procedures (under NAFTA rules) to sue the U.S. government for $15 Billion dollars! How is it possible for a foreign corporation to sue a government?  How does this affect our movements  for environmental and climate justice?  Join the Sierra Club, Citizens Trade Campaign and Food and Water Watch to answer these important questions and learn what we can all do about it!
