CPUC Public Input Meeting 8/12

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) will hold a meeting for public input on proposed reforms at the agency, in response to recent scandals. Attending this meeting and giving comment is a good opportunity to speak up in favor of public accountability, protection for consumers, and support for the state's climate goals. (The CPUC recently approved a plan by SDG&E to build a new 500 MW gas plant, which will tie the state to fossil fuel infrastructure decades into the future.)
