Contra Costa County BoS Hearing on Philips 66

On February 3rd (this Tuesday) the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors will be hearing the appeal of Phillips 66 Propane Expansion project. If this project gets the green light on Tuesday, the Phillips 66 refinery complex in Rodeo will be an even bigger threat to Bay Area communities, as massive amounts of dirty tar sands and Bakken crude flow in and propane and butane flow out.

Make a public comment at the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors meeting. Even if you don't speak at the microphone, your presence in the audience showing solidarity with the community will be noticed.
