Keep Oakland Coal-Free 2/16

Phil Tagami, developer of the old Oakland Army base, wants to bring coal to Oakland. He's proposing to build a massive coal export terminal on the base. The Oakland City Council can stop this from happening by declaring it a threat to local health and safety. Join the chorus of voices demanding that they keep Oakland coal-free. You can speak yourself or sign up for time and cede it to a member of No Coal In Oakland who could use more time.

You can sign up to speak online now, so you don't have to worry about getting there super early day-of. Here is the link. Where the form asks you what item you would like to speak about, you can simply say coal.
